Soil Profile:
Shale and Limestone with layers of Clay

Fermentation:
Concrete tank at lower temperature with gentle pump-overs for three weeks.

Aging:
18 months in 20% new puncheons

The Tempranillo was co-fermented with Cabernet to allow more integration and complexity. 15% Whole Cluster inclusion to bring some spice and fresh tannins. The three varietals were blended a year later.
